Welcome to Huntwood
Huntwood is a beautiful, established, planned community just outside of Charlottesville, VA, in Jack Jouett, Albemarle County. We enjoy easy access to many shopping centers, downtown Charlottesville, and the airport. The community was established in the mid 1980's with an abundance of residential choices.
Our Mission
In 1984 the Huntwood Owners Association was established for the residents of Huntwood. The Huntwood Owners Association is a non-profit for the specific purpose to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of Huntwood through maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of our common areas.
