Grounds Care

The neighborhood grounds are maintained by a team of contractors that provide lawn mowing, tree care, shrub maintenance, leaf and snow removal, and upkeep of our neighborhood detention pond. Our current contractors are:

Trash Pickup

Our home trash is picked up twice per week (Mondays and Thursdays) by GFL Environmental Inc. Residents are to put their trash out no earlier than 6pm the evening before the pickup, and must stow any trash cans before nightfall the day the trash is removed.

Monthly dues allow us to provide several services and amenities for our neighborhood!

Gutter Cleaning

Having a robust and mature neighborhood forest means that almost every house experiences some amount of debris collection in their gutters. But have no fear! The HOA schedules six gutter cleanings annually completed by a professional crew to ensure your gutters are clear of leaves and debris and flowing cleanly.
